Return & Refund Policy
The majority of our products have been used before, but they are in great condition and offered at significantly reduced prices compared to their original retail cost. If you need to return an item, we are happy to assist you within the accepted returnable timeframe, which is the 15-day time period from the day of purchase. Cost Related to Returned Items
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, we do not charge any restocking fees. In addition, our customers will get a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs will vary based on the size of the item and the method of shipment the customer chooses.
We strive to exceed customer expectations. However, returns won’t be accepted, and no refund will be given, if the purchaser has caused damage to the item.
For accepted returns, a full refund will be issued within two business days of the item arriving back. The original payment source will be refunded and will take 3-7 business days once the refund has been issued on our end.
