No, there are no fees or charges associated with consigning items at BinxBerry Consignment. 


How should I prepare my items for consignment?
Special preparation is not necessary.

 


How are the prices determined for consigned items?
Our pricing strategy takes into account the brand, condition, and current resale values of similar items available on online platforms.

 


How does consignment work at BinxBerry Consignment?
Consignors have the option to conveniently schedule a complimentary pick-up for their items at https://calendly.com/binxberry/consignment. Our team will visit their residence at no cost and collect the items for consignment. Subsequently, we carefully select and list the items that align well with our store's offerings. Any remaining items are either returned to the consignor or generously donated to local charities that actively contribute to community-based initiatives. We operate on a 50/50 profit-sharing model with consignors, and payments are disbursed at the end of each month.

 


What types of products does BinxBerry Consignment accept?
We are currently welcoming a consignment of apparel, footwear, and accessories for men, women, and children, as well as purses/handbags and small household items and decorations.

 


How can I consign my items with BinxBerry Consignment?

How can I track my order? 
You can track your order through the shipping and tracking information that will be sent to you via email. 

 


My order got canceled after confirmation. What do I do? 
Keep calm. You’ll be informed about any updates through an email.

 


I’ve received a damaged item. What do I do? 
Don’t worry. You can always request a refund in that case. To initiate the refund process, email us at shop@binxberryconsignment.com. Once we receive your refund request, we’ll further assist you with the refund process. 

 


My order has been shipped. Can I still change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, you cannot. We would suggest you fill in the address during the billing process where you’d be able to receive your orders.  

 

Are there any limitations on the number of items I can consign at once?
No, there are no limitations on the number of items you can consign at once. As we’ll reach your house at the scheduled time, we’ll evaluate the items and let you know how many items we’ll be able to take as your consignment.
